Dewalist Classifieds has embarked on a journey to enhance its website by implementing more efficient content moderation practices. Beginning today, all ads from 1 January 2024 till now, we have been diligently removing spam content daily, starting with the most recent postings and gradually working our way back month by month. In line with our commitment to maintaining a high-quality standard, we have instituted a limit of three published advertisements per day across all categories, except the Adults category, where only one ad is permitted daily. This measure ensures that users are not inundated with excessive postings and helps uphold the integrity of our platform.

To further streamline the user experience and uphold our Terms of Use, ads exceeding the daily limit are promptly removed without notice, retaining only the first three ads for each user. This proactive approach to content moderation is essential in fostering a clean and fair online community for all our users. While overseen by human moderators, we aim to transition towards an autonomous content moderation system, leveraging advanced technologies to efficiently identify and remove inappropriate content.

Our commitment to improving content moderation extends beyond spam detection. We are actively working on enhancing our capabilities to address other areas of concern, such as the moderation of illegal substances, prescription drugs, chemicals, and adult content. By continuously refining our moderation processes and leveraging user feedback, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all members of the Dewalist community.
